Education in modern American society is an aspect of the socialization process, in which people learn ways to act correctly in society and learn specific behaviors that can be used in today's society. In the United States, the schools teach the meaning of Americans and the characteristics they accompany. For example, children learn English, learn common heritage shared by all Americans, and reaffirm the basic knowledge of society. The educational system is also trying to make it possible for children with different cultural backgrounds to receive the same UK education.

Children's human rights education is the education and educational practice of schools and educational institutions conforming to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This is a form of education that children are the persons responsible for human rights, the children themselves are citizens themselves, and schools and educational institutions are learning the value and practice of the children's learning (or learning) community. As with educating children about basic human rights, human rights and citizenship are the legal obligations of the UN Convention on the Rights of Children.

Educational rights are defined as human rights, and it is understood that all children are free and mandatory to receive primary education. Tolerance courses and methods of education should be accepted by students and parents in appropriate circumstances based on the overall goal of education and the minimum level of education set by the state. This means that education should be related to children 's career, needs, and ability to evolve and be of good quality and culturally appropriate.
