Gender is a socially constructive role for men and women. Since the existence of humanity, society has given men and women different roles, rules, norms, values, opportunities and rights.

Similarly, gender-based functionalists believe that these differences can be regarded as functions to maintain social stability and harmony, no matter how society shapes different fields of men and women . Therefore, women do housework and child rearing, and men do economic support. The feminist on gender issues insists that society is "patriarchal" - the male's power and control system is pushed to the edge of the industrial economy by a male-led system. Therefore, men are guaranteed in terms of power, profit, and reputation.

Education is a medium to acquire knowledge. Education enables people to cope with various crisis situations. Education plays a very important role in building people's career. It is one of the most important factors affecting people's position in family and society. Many countries ratify many international human rights instruments, such as treaties / conferences on gender discrimination. Several treaties and conferences show gender discrimination in education as follows.

Except for Nepal and Ghana, the main reasons for high-level education in other countries are very similar (Figure 3). In Nepal, women with a low educational level list issues related to partners, while women with high education levels are reported to lag / nurture. In Ghana, women with a low education level cited the concern of partners as the main cause, while women with high education rates say they are too young or opposed. In general, except for Armenia, Nepal and Kyrgyz Republic, the main reasons for abortion to be mentioned frequently depend on the place of residence (Figure 4).
