The National City Alliance Annual Report released this week measures differences in economics, education, health, citizen participation, social justice. Black nations detail the unemployment rate of blacks and Hispanics. Please keep misguerating about formal educational power. Education is a "great balancer" and education is the key to personal and socio-economic success. We do not necessarily want to be reality, but education in the United States is not as important as race, sex, or social class of a child's family. Education is not a wonderful equalizer. Likewise, as Gerald Bracey and many others show, there is no clear positive correlation between the quality of so-called education and the economic success of any country or country.
This course is bothering me since I was young. I believe education is equal to opportunity, I think today is more realistic than ever. Education is an excellent balancer in today's society, providing a success opportunity for everyone regardless of skin color, postal code, financial status. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation strives to solve this problem. This foundation is known for activities abroad, but I am trying to create opportunities and prosperity for more Americans through efforts focused on the United States. Our goal is to make it possible for all students to receive the education they need to succeed in universities and other places and to truly benefit local communities that are strong but low-income and traditionally disadvantaged for all It is to strive to find a transformational solution.
