Unbalanced social classes are defined as hierarchical systems based on access to resources such as wealth, wealth, power, reputation (Ferris and Stein). The keyword of this definition is "visit". This is because these members need to 'master' appropriate higher education in order for various members of society to have the mentioned resources. Today, in the United States is one of the reasons for higher education expanding the disparity of various social classes (upper class, middle class, lower class).
In order to rectify the imbalance of education and reduce the inequality caused thereby, it is necessary to implement effective policies and programs for vulnerable groups, with a focus on educational opportunities and quality improvement more widely Hmm. Gender disparities in education require special attention to ensure that both males and females are not advantageous. It is necessary to tackle the issue of quality of education (ibid). All reports under consideration in this chapter (ILO, 2004; United Nations Development Program, 2005; UN, 2005) recognize the great potential that technology advancement and communication can bring about. Focusing on the nature of the development model does not allow for sufficient growth and tendency to exacerbate inequality at all levels and cause conflict. It is pointed out that this view has received some sympathy for Bretton Woods institutions, especially the World Bank.
The feminization of teachers in most countries is a well-known phenomenon, but there is not much concern about male education management and the continuing imbalance of its leadership position. There is a background of this imbalance: women tend to occupy the majority of civil servants, but they tend to concentrate on lower power positions. In OECD countries, women account for 57% of government labor force, which is equivalent to 65% of secretary positions in 2010, 35% of middle management positions and 27% of senior management positions (OECD and EUPAN, 2015).
In India, higher education is defined as education for groups of 18 to 24 years old and is funded mainly by the government. Women account for 24 to 50% of higher education entrants, but there is still a gender imbalance in higher education. One third of science students, only 7% of engineering students are women. In contrast, however, more than half of the students studying education are women. In January 2010, the Government of India decided to withdraw the status of Deemed University from a maximum of 44 organizations. The government said in his affidavit that the management of these institutions is not an academic consideration, "be operated as a family domain".
