Date Rome / travelers have never had a clear definition and a clear origin. However, some people tried to combine the same leadership as the classical historical synthesis proposed by Fraser (1992). His combination shows that since the 9th century a group of Indians began to bring Indian language to Europe. Many persecutions were experienced in the 15th and 16th centuries, and these immigrants were not touched. For this purpose populations of different sizes are more or less assimilated in different countries of Europe.
The term "Rome" refers to various groups that explain themselves as Romans, Gypsies, travelers, Manusch, Ashkari, Cindy, and other titles. For the purposes of this article we will use the term Roman to describe the relevant group. This is not to promote stereotypes nor is it intended to dilute the vast diversity of many different Roma groups and related communities. Our basic question is ... How is the status of Rome in today's European Union (EU)?
As a member of the European Parliament, one of our important questions is what role the EU should play in dealing with the situation of Roma? Indeed, many of the central issues facing Rome are mainly the responsibility of the Member States, such as housing, education and health. This should emphasize the Member States' commitment to improve the situation of Roma, but it should not undermine the very aggressive role the EU can play in addition to individual Member States. Its core is monitoring and coordination of national policies, tracking progress, evaluating and disseminating best practices, and emphasizing bad practices. Much of the work of the Roma community is done at the regional and local levels, but EU funding plays an important role in financing local projects and initiatives.
It was first chosen. Serbia funds two newspapers in Rome while Roman programs are broadcasting at domestic and local radio stations and television stations. Despite these efforts throughout the community, Rome is still not exercising its rights under the constitution and the full range of the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
