South Africa dominates classroom management Constitutional provisions are a country with a long history - one of them is the apartheid era, as historical events shaped it in today's form. Apartheid's time not only influenced the living standards of the people of the country but also influenced colored people and influenced the educational standard accepted by alienated youth. Until the dawn of democracy in South Africa, the people of the country were brought into a diversified non-discriminatory nation.
As the best law on this land, the South African Constitution is a democratic South Africa base without oppression and discrimination. According to the Bill of Rights contained in the Constitution, all South African citizens enjoy the nontransferable rights to life, equality, personal dignity, and privacy. South Africa has several constitutions before the present incarnation. The Constitution of 1910 made Britain independent from South Africa, the Constitution of 1961 declared the Republic, the Constitution of 1983 established the Parliament of the Three Kingdoms. All repeats, Black South Africans forbid voting, political and daily rights
At the end of 1996 the South African Constitution had legal effect. The Bill of Rights defines a set of fundamental rights that all South Africans are entitled to. Significantly opposite to the past, citizen's rights no longer depend on pigmentation or other special features of the skin. Today, 21 years after our founding, "Constitution" has acquired almost magical position both in Japan and abroad. However, it is important that its main influence lies in people's life details. This means that the death penalty is no longer a choice of judgment, gays and lesbians can be married and hired. It directly affects the type of contracts supported by the courts and commercial arrangements and the rights of people's land. Therefore, it affects the daily lives of all South Africa and forms the country and society where we live.
South Africa is considered a developing country and is the source of inspiration for African renaissance and humanitarian development. Since South Africa supports the world's best constitution and rights bill (Dinokeng, 2009: 9), I am looking forward to looking back on the reality of South African children's lives. For all children from South Africa, an estimated 12.3 million in 2006, or 68% of the children lived in households with monthly incomes below R1 200 (Proudlock et al., 2008: 63). An additional 8 million or 16% of the children live in South African families and the children are reported to be hungry due to food shortages ("occasionally", "frequently" or "always") (Proudlock et al., 2008: 63; statistical SA, 2006: 41)
