Education and Teaching - No Saturday Classes for Public Schools

There is no Saturday school. Some people think that American students should go to school on Saturday. These people believe that extra days bring the education level of the United States closer to other countries. But I do not agree. I think that our education will actually decline if we go to school on Saturday. The class on Saturday shortens the student's family time. Additional course days shorten the working days of students. The Saturday class also means that both students and teachers can reduce their break time.

A few years ago, I worked 44 hours a week, weekly, night shift, and weekend at the cabin crew school (from 7 am to 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday). Most importantly, I have to plan and study my cabin crew school, of course, and do infinite tests, quizzes, exams, etc. As such an incredibly stubborn creature, I insist on doing my best to maintain social life throughout the year. I often go out with my friends on Saturday, after class or during lunch break.

School life is very rich. Students attend classes from Monday to Friday and finish two and a half days every two Saturdays. Most importantly, many students (and sometimes unconsciously) to participate in juku (cram school / after school class, cram school) to study the entrance examinations and deal better with certain subjects like English Select it. Those who do not participate in cram school will participate in activities such as extracurricular clubs, baseball, volleyball, kendo, or several sports. There are no gatekeepers in Japanese schools. Students are divided into small groups to tackle all the ways to keep the school clean. Some people wiped the floor with a mop (or wiped with a cloth through the floor), wiped the blackboard, cleaned up and crouched in the garden. This is a wonderful event of making a team that children are responsible for their school and working together.

There is a precedent in vocational education at a public school in the United States, think about carpenters. Some schools offer computer courses. Some schools like public schools I attended give even laptops to each student. Combine occupation, computer course, laptop, three precedents and advance them further. Teaching and guiding computer science at public schools Young people should know more about checking social media, playing games and watching videos, as well as more. If they are educated in computer science, they know how to code, they may make their own media. Now they are not interested in internal operation. They do not understand that entertainment is not just a pop-up screen. They do not know how important CC ++, PHP, Java, binary etc are. This is not just a matter of curiosity, it is an unknown problem. In my opinion, the school will be a good place for them to know.
