When browsing famous publication magazines such as Vogue, Glamor, Top Model, they all show a beautiful woman with amazing beauty and attractive style and fashion. But when you look at models, are they really like ordinary women reading these magazines, and the purpose of advertisement and articles is for these. Women and men are doing their best to hurt themselves to reach such numbers, and magazines show beauty. These people suffer from eating disorders, are starving or eating, then clean up the food.

Eating disorders are mental disorders including compulsive food, highly unhealthy eating behavior and distorted body images. They are complex and serious diseases. The group most affected by eating disorders is usually a girl from 16 to 20 years old. Adolescent eating disorders are often thought to be caused by depression or genetic factors, but social media exacerbates the problem by a significant increase in peer pressure and girls withstand fatal eating disorders . Anorexia is self-compromised starvation and mental illness. In fact, anorexia is one of the countries with the highest mortality rate of all mental illnesses (Gerri Freid Kramer, p. 15). The most common eating disorders are anorexia, bulimia and bulimia. Images of distorted unhealthy bodies often accompany these conditions. For example, people with anorexia nervosa accept unreasonable fear of obesity and lack weight.
