Eastern Orthodox Vs. Roman Catholicism

The Orthodox Church has something in common with the Roman Catholic Church, but they have various beliefs. One of the main problems in splitting the two churches is the use of symbolic disputes in their rites and worship. The Western Church believes that these images are appropriate and the Eastern Church has been influenced by Leo III 's idolatry campaign, claiming that these icons violate the Old Testament doctrine It was. Easter contains famous pysanky, color and pattern eggs. Making these eggs is a long process and they are used to display in the center of the table instead of expenditure

Roman Catholicism: the largest of the three major branches of Christianity, including Orthodox and Protestantism. The Catholic Church maintains the hierarchy of bishops and pastors, and the Pope is the pastor's leader. The major differences with Protestant include the worship of the Virgin Mary and other saints, the importance of the church's tradition, and the originality of the priest (Prothero 2008: 208).
