Due to the complex structure and external nature of Oriental medicine and Western medicine in Tibet, it is difficult to link Western medicine and its practice, it is difficult to judge the clinical effect of oriental medicine. Several clinical analysis studies have been conducted recently to judge the effectiveness of the practice of "whole" of Eastern culture. I believe that the most effective treatment should be a combination of both approaches, regardless of whether studies have shown that oriental and western methods are more effective.
Regarding the medical field, one of the most controversial arguments is whether Oriental medicine or Western medicine is an excellent way. Western medicine is under attack by "danger", "unnecessary", and other "unnatural" attacks. Oriental medicine is being studied because there are not so many medical studies to support it. Both drug practices have advantages and disadvantages, but what is the big difference between the two? Western medicine, also known as orthodox medicine, is a traditional medical practice most of us know well. This is a system that physicians and other health professionals use for prescription drugs, surgery, various forms of treatment and radiotherapy for patients and treat symptoms.
There is a big difference between Oriental medicine and Western medicine. Briefly, Oriental medicine and traditional medicine treat the whole body in consideration of the entire individual. Western medicine treats the body as a collection of parts consisting of one organ at a time. Although fundamentally different, the digital technology in the healthcare field provides the possibility to integrate Oriental medicine and Western medicine. The result will be an overall approach and ultimately can be a version of traditional medicine based on evidence.
Occasionally someone asks me for the difference between Oriental medicine and Western medicine. The general answer given is that Oriental medicine is "holistic" and "natural". I really do not like this reaction, as it is totally lazy. Toyota and pineapple are very widely defined natural stuff. And, when all sub experts are grouped together, Western medicine is a kind of "whole". No, I hate that answer. Instead, I will offer this comparison: What is the difference between a fisherman and a fishmonger?
