Early Technology for Power

Early electric power technology floated a drop of water in the vast space of the Indian Ocean. This water droplet is only one of the myriad water drops present on our planet. It seems trivial, but this small droplet is already looking around the whole earth. Only next month, this decline is more likely to travel than the average person in his life. After changing the state by evaporation, the droplets will be blown off by the Indian seasonal wind. It turns into a liquid and becomes a drop of water in the rain brought by Indian famous monsoon.

To some extent, our reality today is parallel to the reality of modern times. The world of our mapping and power allocation is changing with the rapid reduction of new global mobile and navigation technologies. But today's new sea is artificial. The Internet is an infrastructure that promotes information, things, and people's flow all over the world. Like the ocean, the Internet is an infrastructure that flows between jurisdictions that are widely diverse and often contested. Like the sea, it requires an unprecedented legal expression that relies on principles based judicial records and just reasons.

When are we? In the early 21st century, civilization expanded its own stage in the form of civilization through information of technology, civilization built a lot of force for itself. However, within all the technical force of civilization, it does not overcome the basic limitation of individual information. In ancient times, there was a great religion - pantheism, polytheism and monotheism - everything tried to generalize the sum of human knowledge into a framework of a single meaning. Great library and college buildings gathered the truth - formed the first external brain. The library is an external brain that constantly organizes itself while constantly trying to expand. Library related universities support these two functions.

Since the beginning of human culture, technology still exists, and the main evidence is the practice of using technology to shape tools in the early human times. Technology is a powerful force that is responsible for the development of civilization. In the past, technologies such as language, ceremonial value, business, art and the like formed an essential part of the cultural system, which shaped and reflected the value of the system. But in today's world, technology is a complex social enterprise including not only research, design and crafts, but also financial, manufacturing, management, labor, marketing, and maintenance.
