Early Christian Lives

These six biographies written between the middle of the sixth century and the second half of the sixth century celebrated and praised the merit of the early Christian saint who depicted people dedicated to solitude, poverty and prayer. Athanasius recorded extreme isolation in Anthony's Egyptian desert despite the temptation of the devil and his followers' visit. These lives are filled with brilliant events and incredible miracles that inspired inspiration for centuries of Christian worship.

Interestingly, Christianity was a small denomination where there were only a few members. Early Christians lived as a small group of turbulent and diverse worlds. When these Christians spread to the Mediterranean world, they were not belligerent, even thinking about cultural warfare, they did not claim their rights nor the opportunity to live in a protected Christian subculture . They insist on absolute truth, but they do this as one of the many people who enjoy sharing their beliefs, not hating the discussion. They pledge loyalty to any emperor and hope to gain political influence. They were not overshadowed by the diversity of the Roman culture or shocked by the many gods worshiped by the empire. But just three hundred years later, their message overturned the powerful power, and Rome eventually became a Christian empire.

Early Christians acknowledged Jesus Christ by paying their lives. Early Christians received apostasy. That is, "Our God is real and not yours." We sacrificed our God or our God. When they refuse to apostate when they do not, they are killed. This story has been repeated to this day; in today's church, Christian martyrs are more than in their early days.
