Early Childhood Education: Vision, Mission, and Philosophy Statement

Early childhood is curiosity, era of game time and rapid development. Every child is unique and worth promoting academic, social and developmental early childhood education through a variety of pleasant experiences. Differentiated guidance adapts to content, products and processes to meet the diverse learning needs and preferences of students (Thousand, Villa, & Nevin, 2007). Friedrich Froebel, the creator of kindergarten, believes that children grow and learn in the game (Bruno, 2009).

The purpose of human philosophy is to develop my values, my beliefs, and philosophical assertions that reflect my practice as an infant educator. This article outlines the purpose of early childhood education, the experience of previous placements, and the understanding of previous educational experience. Then I will make a statement that reflects my philosophy as an infant educator. The assignment consists of two parts. 1) Statement itself and 2) Summary. I will use the summary to explain your idea to potential employers, parents and other infant educators.

The purpose of this article is to reflect my philosophy as an infant educator. Early childhood educators are teachers working with young children in the class. Early childhood educators need to focus not only on the academic, social, emotional and physical matters of children but also on the protection and care of their children.
