As national electrical or electronic equipment consumption increases, waste management will become a serious problem that needs to be addressed urgently, especially in electronic waste management. Identifiable problems are the lack of appropriate processing mechanisms and standards that are often put into waste streams by recycling and landfilling (ToxicLink, 2003). It can be thought that the disposal of used electric and electronic products is basically promoted by the production of new products. This means that world electronics production will increase by 4% in 2002 and will increase by 8% in 2003. Waste management (William, 2005). Especially if there is not an appropriate management system in the process, hazardous substances contained in electronic waste are released to the environment, which may adversely affect human health (M. Macauley, 2003).

Along with the rapid development of technology, the increase in electrical and electronic demand and the short life of the product resulted in an increase in electronic waste. Therefore, generation of electronic waste is a problem. Electronic waste management requires a different approach from the traditional management of traditional waste. This is due to the complex nature of electronic waste. Electronic waste contains hazardous substances that pose a threat to human health and the environment. Because Malaysia lacks reliable data on research and management systems, it is a difficult task to understand e-waste management and identify the best way. This paper aims to evaluate the current practice of electronic waste management in Sherman, Selangor, Malaysia. The data presented in this paper is mainly from secondary sources of various literature and it is important to understand current problems in electronic waste management and problems in electronic waste management with the main stakeholders It is an interview.
