Acknowledgment This is one of the important aspects of Indian legal system and interpretation, so we are extremely pleased to be able to implement "Due Process - Procedure for Legal Procedures - Critical Analysis". It had a big impact on Indian legal system and justice system. The famous "A. K. Gopalan" incident is a precedent for the past decade after independence. Compared with the US justice system, I did my best to make the situation of the recent "legal process defined by law" - procedure a reality.

In our government today, we have appropriate legal process. Proper legal procedures simply mean that we can prevent deprivation of life, freedom or wealth opportunities. Under the Proper Procedure Act, if you are accused of something, you must do it in a fair and reasonable way. If we are arrested, under legitimate procedures we are brought to the court and ordered to show the reasons. I think that it is very important for us to legitimately provide the American citizens with proper procedures. I think this is a good thing. Because we have some things that protect our rights through appropriate processes.

"Why" is a substantial due process. Even if an unreasonable law is passed and legally legally signed (procedural proper procedure), the law may become unconstitutional by substantive proper procedure. Roe v. Wade's abortion decided to declare Texas state laws to violate legitimate procedures and in the first three months the country's disturbance to women's abortion rights was determined to be irrational. It is reasonable to regulate abortion; thirdly, the state has a reasonable interest in protecting the fetus. Another use is to abolish the law which demands that certain psychiatric patients not dangerous not to infringe hope.

The due process provision is in two places in the Constitution. First, the fifth amendment deals with the basic right of proper procedure. In the fifth amendment, it is stipulated that "nobody should be robbed of life, freedom, or wealth without proper legal procedures" (US Constitutional Revision V). Proper procedural provisions of the fifth amendment apply only to federal lawsuits. The 14th amendment extends the due process clause to state acts. Due process clause of the 14 th revision states that "any country can not establish or enforce a law that weakens the privilege or immunity of a US citizen, and any country can lose life, freedom or property and proper legal proceedings There is no means of equal protection of the law by someone within its jurisdiction "(US Constitutional Reform XIV)
