The novel "Picture of Dorian Gray" and Dr. Jekyll and the strange case of Hide are certainly exploring the duality of humanity. An important person in each novel shares a common problem: conflict between the people they want to (or want) and the personality they draw themselves in front of others. After all, Gray and Jekyll are suffering from duality. This shows that we all need to find a balance between morality and personality, although people are naturally involved in some form of mouth and psychology and personalities are complex issues.
How far do you think about exploring the duality of mankind for Durian Gray's paintings and the strange incidents of Mr. Jekyll and Hide?
What I would like to point out is a dualistic theme of humanity, repeated in the photographs of Dr. Jekyll and Hide and Durian Gray. Through this book, doctors and young people have developed a second personality in various ways. The first one becomes a fierce monster every night, the day goes back to normal, the other really changes his character and always changes his previous state. Both characters similarly removed the persecution of their exhaustion and second character: death. Even so, these deaths are completely different. Henry Jekyll died of deliberate suicide and when he learned of his "dark side" Dorian Gray destroyed his distorted portrait and mistakenly committed suicide. This shows a big difference between the two roles.
