Drug strategy 2017

This strategy is based on our existing approach of preventing drug abuse, supporting recovery from people's dependence, restricting drug supply and taking new actions.

We will strengthen a balanced approach to three existing stocks through the fourth aspect of global action (reduction of demand, supply restriction, and building recovery).

Strengthen governance on implementation strategies, including the Board of Directors chaired by the Secretary of the Interior and introduction of national reconstruction champions

Expand the data collected on drug abuse and dependence recovery and develop a series of co-owned performance measurements to promote broader regional service initiatives

A letter to the Substance Abuse Advisory Committee (ACMD) shows the government's response to ACMD's recommendations for a new drug strategy

Drug strategy assessment provides an assessment of the effectiveness and possible monetary value of activities under the 2010 drug strategy

The framework for reviewing the "psychoactive substance law" shows the government's approach to review the "psychoactive substance law", and outlines the research tasks reviewed for review.

The evidence seems to highlight the incompetence of criminal convictions, but the UK 2017 drug strategy announced in July this year seems to be hardly aware of this. This strategy is not completely worthless as it is partially focused on rehabilitation and education on drug abuse. The drug war seems to have failed. However, the 2017 drug strategy seems to recognize this, but rehabilitation, lack of funds, and continuing emphasis on criminal justice indicate that they are defeating the failed battle. In FY 2017 we plan to invest $ 31.1 billion in domestic drug management strategies aimed at preventing and abusing drug abuse in the United States.
