When a teenager became 18 years old, they were said to be adults and were sent to other countries of the world. They go to college, find work, get married, join the army. They do mature things like voting, paying taxes, becoming parents. But they can not go to the bar and drink beer. Because it is still only with children about wine. What is fairness of drinking methods over 21 years old? First of all, we need to question this law. Why is 21 years old being "magical" age? Of course, some adults are responsible for abusing alcohol and some young people are totally drinking alcohol. This seemingly random number is related to adulthood like a 21 year old.

When they have the chance to drink, they do it in an irresponsible way, because the drinking of these young people is seen as a badge against authority and adults. Obviously, this embarrassing attitude does not encourage responsible drinking. Foreign young people learn to treat moderate drinking as a fun social activity, but young Americans think this is something they have to have secretly. If an 18 year old can not even legally get beer in a public place they can not handle the right to drink. There is no actual basis for the current age, so you need to reduce the age of drinking. As age of drinking decreases, the problem decreases. Safe drinking and moderate drinking are required. All discussion of increasing alcohol intake or maintaining existing drinking levels is weak. By lowering the level of alcohol intake, the problems necessary to limit drinking age can be better dealt with. The law that tightens minors' drinking is wrong, because the law is still broken and people from 20 to 364 days continue drinking alcohol. The answer to the problem of drinking alcohol for minors is not to add more restrictions, simply to remove some of the "minors". Defeat the law and remember the thrill of getting access to lawyers, people, especially universities

At this point, it is clear that teenagers find ways to drink regardless of the age of drinking. This helps to normalize drinking because reducing drinking age is a matter of responsible and moderate intervention, eliminating the motivation to drink alcohol due to rebellion and illegal behavior. About 90% of the alcohol consumed by young people is consumed during carnival drinking in the United States, but the National Alcohol Abuse Prevention Association is defined as "alcohol consumption model". "It usually consists of at least 4 to 5 drinks in 2 hours.

Legitimate drinking age is at least 21 years old, but many young people in the United States drink alcohol. Some people frequently drink alcohol, abuse alcohol and abuse alcohol - usually defined as more than five consecutive drinks. A few young people may fulfill the fourth edition of the Alcohol Dependent Criteria (1, 2), Diagnostic and Statistical Manual on Mental Disorders (DSM - IV). Progression from use to abuse, dependence on drinking is related to physiological factors and psychosocial factors. This Alert on Alcohol examines some of these factors that adolescents are exposed to the risks of alcohol and alcohol related problems and examines the impact of that alcohol.
