Dreams on Hold in Harlem by Langston Hughes

In their daily lives, their motivation is their dream. In Langston Hughes' s poem "Harlem" he asked "What happened to the dream's delay?" (Hughes, 1277). The war is over and the Great Depression is over, but it seems that there is no change for African Americans.
