The dream of dream therapy has been discussed and debated since people existed. Dream research began in the 19th and 20th centuries. But there is no evidence to prove why dreams will happen or what they will do. Freud believes that dreams are representations of subconscious desires and all kinds of strange animal impulses come from this desire. He believes that by analyzing their dreams, he can find something bothering people. My dream shows troubles older than Freud, but he is the first time to try to streamline my dream therapy (dreaming of a better life).

Quintana's article entitled "The Role of Dreams in Group Therapy" describes aspects of several dreams related to group therapy.
