For me, my dream workplace (or workplace) is about the direct environment where employees work. Therefore, more naturally it refers to facilities such as social atmosphere (such as trust and teamwork) of employees, physical comfort of the environment, free drinks and food. Several companies are trying to ignore this concept; what is a wonderful workplace?
A dream company can also include such things, but by using the word "company" it emphasizes business entities. Therefore, you can see that elements such as career development opportunities, top management quality / response, and strong growth potential are more naturally included.
I should call it a list of companies I dream of (or where to work), but you can call your favorite list your list, after all it is your list. You named it. :)
Strictly speaking, it does not necessarily mean that "Dream Company" and "Dream Workplace" are obscured. The company may become "Dream Company" or "Dream Workplace" for many other reasons. I do not want to work there, but I do not need to worry because I do not think that your use case includes reviews by many third parties. Anyway, such a list is very personal
As I said, this is a simple dream. I have a smell when I try it. Unfortunately, this dream is a completely different place, not the place where most companies today live. This is the place for more smiles, less work, and relaxation. Every company has a place. A simple adaptive learning tool that evaluates applications, transparency, and efficiency

In London I did what I dreamed of for a dream company. I am the sole software developer of Shadow Robotics, devoted to the most dexterous hand in the world. Back then, Shadow was a smaller company, but we started to climb. I am doing enough exciting work to satisfy several life cycles. I would like to be part of the adventure, but no one remotely controls inside the company. I am still looking for Rich Walker, our chief executive officer (CEO), to discuss the idea that I will work remotely. Like a rich man, he was immediately aboard the ship. We thought about how to do this, ask around, and began to solve the problem.
I lived with a friend working for Google for a while. I was dreaming of working at a company like Google when I was in school ... but seeing it makes me doubt this dream. At Google, my friend said that he frequently worked 80 hours a week. It's crazy! It is like an honor badge for people there. Of course, some of it is a two-hour bus to and from Mountain View, but even if this is what Google's employees need, I still can not do it.
