Dream Act

Cancel the rights of US citizens, or simply cancel the possibility of an illegal alien. This is one of the many controversies people have talked about in their dreams. This program aims to make illegal immigrants receive education. It is not due to the rights of American citizens, in fact it is passed because many immigrants want to repay a country that offers them many things to them. This program, also called DACA, was proposed by President Barack Obama and has been applied to many illegal immigrants since 2010.

2017 Dreamact is more powerful than the previous version of Dreamact. The edition prior to the "Dream" including the 2010 edition requires that immigrant young people complete 2 years of higher education or participate in the military to obtain LPR certification. The "Dream" of the 2017 edition has an employment-based LPR status. People who can not meet educational, military, or employment requirements also have strict exceptions. Everything is an important element, not all people are following the path of the university, and people realize that there may be unique circumstances for people, such as those who care for underage children doing.

The 111th Congress continued to consider the "dream law" bill in 2010. 3827, the new version of "Dream" contains many changes to address concerns raised by the bill. The 2011 defense authorization law includes the abolition of "dream" and "do not say". On September 21, 2010, the Senate bill of the bill is reserved from 56 votes to 43 votes, 60 votes are required to block the bill and continue to enforce the bill. In May 2011, the latest version of the DREAM Act was introduced. Dreaming was first introduced in March 2009. This law represents training, relief and education for foreign minors.
