Dorothy Day, St. Worth. After her death in 1980, there was little controversy over whether Dorothy should be enshrined as a saint by the church. The Vatican approved the death of Cardinal John O'Connor's request to consider Dorothy's "cause", so the controversy will reignite. After the transition she devoted her life to the poor and immigrants in New York and founded a guest house very much like a homeless shelter. Her efforts gradually evolved into a social justice movement which was carried out with the State Catholic workers movement, the new revolution of the church.
She is not yet a formal saint, but Dorothy's Day became the top Vincentian character I drew for my my Vincentian trip. Dorothy was a Catholic, first Catholic newspaper, founded a Catholic worker and began a Catholic worker movement in New York City in 1933. She is a feminist feminist, a civil rights activist, dedicated to poor people and disadvantaged people. She writes gifts using her newsletters and makes people discover the truth under the guidance of faith. She lived for these important social problems until she died. Dorothy never thought of being considered a saint, as advocating these problems is common sense for her. She feels that God calls him to do his hands and feet on Earth and do the work that everyone should do.
Dorothy is not a saint. She sent a hard life, made a mistake, and endured the results. But the flames that she could not control internally were not contained. She wants to make a difference. During the Great Depression she pledged to live homeless, feed for hungry, and to look after the sick. It is easy to say, but it is not easy to do. Especially when there is a total financial amount of 97 cents in a container she has been abused. But she persisted in the water of the desolated belief. She was a Marxist journalist and experienced a religious change that forever changed her life, living a low virtue life. This movie shows the struggle for Dorothy to establish Catholic workers' exercise and is committed to providing peace of life, justice, and practical service to the poor. That day must have been someone who wrote her words as controversial behavior. This movie shows how she can find a fun way to live a rich life.
