Donne's Use of Personification

Writers can use many literary devices to emphasize thinking. In his sonnet "Death, Do not Be Proud", John Donne chose to use anthropomorphization. He expresses death as death and emphasizes the idea of ​​defeating Christian's death and the promise of eternal life, and death no longer exists.
