It is Frye's way of presenting his view in a firm way that he agrees mostly with what he says without considering it, which is very strongly integrated into our argument. I spent three times trying to read this article before I noticed that I disagree with some of his views. This article seems to be very cynical against our society, and since we are not very interested in "literacy skills" this article has a negative tone. This article does not seem to cover a specific group, but it is intended for the general public. These kinds of papers are very different from the first unit of research on our personal writing. These works show a narrative tone and the reader seems to informally tell us stories, but the work is very nervous and looks very formal. Also, we can not use descriptive images and texts used in other types of types, but readers can effectively think about the parties they claim.
His article is full of interesting ideas that I will make you think. I never thought about it. For example, he insists that "most students need to be educated very carefully and patiently, it is not an unreasonable idea to wait for the right words to surround it." Many people think that they can come up with clever ideas in their heads, but they are often confused and confused and they do not come out either from the mouth or from the paper as thinkers think. I agree that many children graduated from high school without knowing the scope of use of the words. Another thing that I agree is how Frye shows us that there is an intellectual motivation in our society. I can hear other people (sometimes myself) speaking in a way that makes us foolish so that we can talk normally with people of our age. Now, I think that, because they are afraid to make them stand out, some people do not speak English. Generally, fun articles
An article entitled Northrop Frye's article "Do not you think that time to think has come?" Is an argument about how to effectively use language and thought. His argument is that "there are differences in the level of reading and writing, like short-term and comprehensive mathematics." Everything that is done for our thoughts, worries, memories, and fantasies can be thought without thinking. It is implemented in the case of training. But this is another practical matter. Our ability to think depends on how much we did. Most students need to wait for legitimate words to surround it and work very carefully and patiently on their education without undue thought.
In Northrop fly, "Do not you think that time to think has come?" Fly strongly hopes to raise awareness of the importance of critical thinking. Not only for students, but also for parents and teachers. Stuart McMillen 's comic "Funny Self and Death" shows the contrast between people being dominated by happiness (brave new world) and fear (1984). Personally, I believe that the explanation of "Brave New World" fully explains the society of today. Huxley is worried that no one studies, and many or all schools are like this. Most students absolutely avoid reading books, but this leads to lack of knowledge, vocabulary and writing skills. The ability to write is important in order to express your ideas clearly with words. "The manipulation of thinking is to express ideas until it is expressed with correct words" (Frye, paragraph 7). We have priorities and critical thinking is not one of them.
"Do you think it's time to start thinking?" Fly used his voice. He used a wise tone throughout the article. I think he is writing people who are hiding in Cliche and are not thinking about myself. He tells the students by speaking to them by telling them that the power of their thoughts is in clarity. He is also talking to the teacher, they emphasized that they must motivate students to express their ideas clearly. I think he is trying to keep people from hiding in the public through noncritical thought. He asked me to learn how to think critically to people and how to think critically at school. He not only needs to be able to think critically but also they need to be able to express their thoughts. People need to make their ideas consistent and easy to understand.
