In September 2011 New Jersey took a tough position against bullying and threatened to take legal action against bullying witnesses who did not report bullying. The New Jersey State Law requires all states of bullying to be reported to the state and the school to implement policies to deal with bullying. In 2005, the STOMP program was established. The program is aimed at reducing bullying and solving bullying and sexual intercourse. Sexual problems occur when sexual information such as e-mail or text message is conveyed.
