Justin Cook is a student at Stanton College preparatory school, now in grade 11. Cook is registered in AP psychology and I am very interested in connecting the work he is doing in class with the work in other existing courses. In this article, Cook proposes his argument that homosexuals should be allowed to serve in US military primarily from a psychological point of view. Cook is an active supporter of human rights and homosexual equality. He is also an active supporter of The Trevor Project, the sole non-profit organization in the United States, offering a 24 hour, 365-day suicide and help line of crisis prevention against homosexuals and teenage problems .

The full name of the policy at that time was "Do not ask, Do not say, Do not pursue".
