As the economy grows, people's living standards in Hong Kong are getting higher and higher. At the same time, we are producing more waste, especially household waste. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (2013), if waste levels continue to increase at current level (13) by 2020, existing landfill sites may be exhausted. Therefore, in order to find a solution to solve the problem of household waste, we should act immediately. To remedy this problem, a possible solution may be to build an incinerator, expand the landfill, reduce the amount of household waste, and the last one is the best solution.

Recently, the impact on the environment has become an urgent issue in the world. Inappropriate handling of waste can have an adverse effect on the environment. Most of the dismantled waste can be recycled, examples of recyclable waste include brick, concrete, wood, asphalt, steel, block and so on. In fact, most of the construction and demolition waste is recyclable. Therefore, recycling and reuse of C & D waste is one of the most important aspects of the construction sector. Construction has developed rapidly all over the world. The dismantling project will bring a lot of debris and waste. Construction and demolition waste is one of the world's largest waste streams. The future of waste is MakeSense program specializing in waste problem. Our goal is to promote superior waste management in all industries around the world in 2014. In order to develop stronger expertise and spend time to build partnerships and content, we decided to do academic activities. We will gather stakeholders and cooperate in deciding which areas we should work on together. COP 21 will mobilize climate change for the first time and decide to collect garbage in 2016.
