The purpose of this study was to investigate whether personality traits could reduce the relevance between social satisfaction and subjective well-being on Facebook, and was assessed by satisfaction and happiness in life . Data was collected through 337 respondents on Facebook usage, social comparison behaviors, and online surveys that measured personality traits. The results show that there is a positive correlation between Facebook intensity and subjective happiness and there is a negative correlation between Facebook's social comparison and subjective happiness.
