Almost everything uses hand and eye adjustments everyday. If you want to be a decent player, players need to adjust good eyes and eyes. When shooting basketball, you need to know how to shoot basketball. The way people throw many times has been done in the same way for many years. People walked towards the line, and the scorpion on the right placed the right foot in the middle of the line, and at the same time were in a circle.
Shooting the advantage of hand eye is an advantage of shooting basketball. Because players naturally rank their shots with their dominant gaze and if that gaze is against the dominant hand it will push the player's natural line. Shooting more toward the center of the basket is obviously a good thing for your artillery ability. The best shooter in professional play is most likely to be cross dominant, as it is said to give superiority to players. Coaches often tell players to arrange their shoots with dominant hands, but they are more disadvantageous than arranging with superior eyes because players will shoot out from the target, hindering their line of sight. If the right eye and the right eye are dominant, the shooter may always miss the right side of the basket. Because they shoot to the right.
Crossing the advantages of hands and eyes is undoubtedly an advantage of basketball, which is very beneficial to the player's shooting ability. Because the advantages of hands and eyes are often related to each other, for athletes cross-dominance is a very rare opportunity and it will be like valuable commodities. According to the survey of the population, about 90% of people are right-handed, but at 90%, 67% is dominant by the right eye (Haiting). This statistic shows that these features are related, but you can not assume that your eye's advantage is based on either of its dominant hands
2 Purpose / problem The purpose of this experiment is to understand the advantages of crosshand and to help improve basketball free throw rate. This project aims to find the benefits of hands and eyes on the same side of the body (not intersecting) and on both sides (intersecting). 3 Researching previously completed experimental data supports our hypothesis. Experiments conducted by Keith Hines and Robert Thurman showed that the free hand rate of crossed hand eye groups is higher than the eye's eye advantage without crossing. The same result was obtained in another experiment. This project was done by Ashton W. Pomrehn. He discovered that the advantage of cross eye has a positive impact on basketball players.
