INTRODUCTION In the next survey we will examine and test whether triathlons are very powerful at one event and are won by people who average on the other two events or by a relatively strong person at three events. For the survey to be very accurate and reliable, we make assumptions about the speed of competitors at each event. Variable variables control the distance traveled by the athlete (km) relative to the athlete's strong competition speed. Seven weeks before the actual match day, I and three friends signed up for the Olympic triathlon naturally at the beginning of the story (sounds weird, this is a standard triathlon distance, 5 km swimming, 40 kilometers of bicycle, 10 kilometers of running). Believe it or not, I have never swam or cycled for a long time in my life, nor have I participated in the competition. But bad decisions tend to make a good story and reveal unexpected lessons, and what I gather from this experience is definitely a guardian.

Triathlon was invented as a substitute exercise for rigorous athletics by San Diego Athletics Club in the early 1970s. The first event of the club was 10 km running, 8 km of cycle, 500 m of swimming. Over the next 10 years, the popularity of triathlons continued to rise, soon became recognized worldwide. In 1989, the International Triathlon Association (ITU) was founded in Avignon, France and the first official world championships were held. Triathlon's approved distance is set to 1,500 meters of swimming, 40 kilometers of cycle, 10 kilometers of running, from existing activity of each subject who has already participated in the Olympics.
My latest goal is sprint triathlon. Have you heard about the "5 kilometer couch" plan? Well, my plan is "Couch to Triathlon" program. I am not joking! The triathlon race consists of 750 meters of swimming, 19 kilometers of bicycle and 5 kilometers of running with open water. I can just say - it has been, I am still alive! This challenge has given me some effort, one purpose has given me energy and feeling competent. Every morning I wake up at the same time, drink coffee and relax on the sofa for 15-30 minutes. This is my time, I call it Nicole Time. This is my internal review and I will review it every day. I thought about my life, my goal, my marriage, our marriage goals and so on. I consider a bigger 'life thing', which is often extruded outside my daily life. I thought about what hindered the development of certain things and how I could improve myself beyond that. This is usually the same as I pray and talk with God.
