Do Not Call List

Over the years, companies in various business sectors have been allowed to make calls without affecting those who think they are likely candidates for their products. The court order on February 17, 2004 kept the order to allow the public to include a phone-less list. If you contact someone on this list without their permission, the company is responsible. The problem is that the court made the right decision. We may not agree with this country, but most of us agree that telemarketing is a big problem.

The country does not call the phone number list to protect the fixed phone number and the radio phone number. You can make a free call to 1-888-382-1222 (voice) or 1-866-290-4236 (TTY) and add it to the phone list. You need to make a phone call using the phone number you want to register. You can also register at donotcall.gov. According to FCC regulations, a telemarketer calling your home must provide his / her name, phone number, and address to contact his employer or contractor. If you forbid phone calls to your home before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm, the telemarketer needs to immediately track the phone calls rejected during the call.

In Canada, telemarketing is regulated by the federal government, in particular the Canadian Radio Television Communication Committee (CRTC). Canadians can register in the Domestic Rejection List (National DNCL) to reduce the number of telemarketing calls received. Anyone who receives a phone marketing phone that violates one or more annoying telecommunications regulations can file a complaint with the National DNCL. After that, domestic DNCL operators will forward all complaints to CRTC. Based on prior assessment, the CRTC will decide whether further investigation is necessary for complaints.

Regardless of whether you are in the National Do Not Call Registry, tell the caller who is not welcomed that you do not agree to the phone and put you in that internal phoneless list. Please record the telephone number of the person who called you and the telephone number of the other party if you do not respond to your request. Telephone requests are phones that act as advertisements. However, according to FCC rules, the following specific phone requests are allowed: Messages issued by telephone or tax-exempt nonprofit organizations, organizations without explicit prior permission of individuals or individuals. But establishing a business relationship does not meet the required fixed telephone calling rules, which is no longer permitted. Companies and telemarketing staff need to have explicit permission to call.
