Dissuading China to Using the Threat of Force Against Others

The country can discuss the territorial issue of the UN over the South China Sea, but I think it makes more sense to build a more focused organization focused on the Pacific issue. For countries in the region it will be more logical to discuss the issues surrounding them in an organization similar to the Pacific National Committee. Southeast Asian countries with territorial issues may have opportunities to utilize diplomacy rather than military means.

It is important to note that the US military presence in China is dramatically increasing as the date approaches. It is predicated on China's claim that it primarily poses a threat to North Korea and commercial threats to other countries in the South China Sea. However, there are few military presence to avoid such a threat. The only way to solve these threats is by diplomatic and trade agreements, most of which are not directly involved in the United States. Instead, because the oil trade is on the rise, the goal is to threaten China, and perhaps Russia, the United States can argue that it should not benefit from trading.
