Alternative Dispute Resolution Alternative dispute settlement (ADR) is a solution and problem solving solution used to resolve employee relations and disputes outside the courts. The purpose of ADR is to provide a fair and private forum for employers and employees to resolve disputes in the workplace 25. Through ADR, you have the following options. Third Party Survey: A neutral third party inside and outside the organization will investigate complaints confidently and try to solve it. FACTS CERTIFICATION: The fact that a neutral third party or team outside the organization checks the complaint and displays it on the report. Peer review: A team of employees, or employees and managers cooperate to resolve employee complaints.
