Dispersed Leadership: Exploring the Impact of Antecedent Forms of Power Using a Communicative Framework

In this article, I will explain the attempts of police agencies trying to implement the decentralized leadership initiative stated by the police authorities. The framework of communication is used to show how statements of specific historic buildings are embedded in the communication behavior of stakeholders involved in the research. Analyzing the impact of such discourse will reveal the variance of the organizational leadership, but on the surface it represents a new and successful effort, but for articles in the form of so-called pre-emptive powers.

Abstract: I have provided a genealogy of decentralized leadership strategies, explained by senior officials in an attempt to implement the behavior change department by the police organization, using an important management framework (Bryman, 1996; Gordon, 2002). I explained the organization and detailed the dynamics of groups and individuals who have historically retained the status of power to report to one of a number of nominated leaders.
