It is well known in the medical community that certain diseases may be marked as familial features. I remember being asked to go to the clinic and fill in the medical history. I learned that my mother and my grandparents of my father were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and colon cancer for the first time. ADA describes type 2 diabetes as a chronic disease that occurs when insulin is difficult to use in the body. Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas, which helps the body transfer sugars from blood and cells to energy and storage.

Family history often contributes to the diagnosis of X-linked recessive disorders because of the history of the sick boy or the possibility of early death of the infant in undiagnosed disease of the family tree. Family history is also important to identify families who may need genetic counseling for future pregnancy.

A family tree is a graphic used to indicate a person's family tree - his or her family history. But the family tree is also a timeline for family life. It is not as linear as the time series, but the pedigree tree provides a sense of event in family history when reading from top to bottom and from left to right. My mother got the opportunity to fill in the genealogy on the website of Ancestry.com. Her and my grandmother dates back to the 1500s throughout Europe and has done extensive genealogical research on our family, so this family tree looks very impressive. Playing My mind is my purpose. As creators, writers, storytellers, information and work in my story, these will define my legacy. What has become very clear has created a new sense of urgency.
