A typical definition of a teacher is a person who gives knowledge, but teacher's work not only requires the transfer of knowledge to students. Or, the task is not that simple. In order to communicate the necessary information and understanding, to master the student and become a member of society, the teacher must have many capable talent. Ohio Department of Education has created a list of faculty standards as a guide to achieve or improve the necessary abilities to be considered highly qualified in the profession.
