The nature of all things also includes the political concept of terrorism. The official way of this constantly changing terrorism is very complex.
The purpose of this paper is to deepen the understanding of the environment by applying ethical analysis and modeling techniques to encourage or promote ethical issues related to terrorism, terrorism and anti-terrorism. This document is organized as follows. Sections 1.1 and 2 provide a framework of ethics analysis in Section 3-5 by discussing the various definitions of terrorism and the context of terrorism, and the meaning of individuals and collective responsibilities. Section 3 discusses several different approaches to ethical analysis of terrorism and Section 4 discusses some ethical issues that arise in countering terrorism. Section 5 continues the discussion, considering the range of terrorist threats presented in Section 6 and the nature of correspondence to terrorism.
