Discrimination at Work Not Necessarily a Bad Thing

A few days ago, I mistakenly heard a conversation between two employees at a local restaurant. One of them said: "I'm very tired of my boss, he always discriminates against me because he's been late for a few minutes or has not worked so quickly as Joe."

The second employee turned his eyes to the first place and said, "It serves you, it is displayed on time, it is better, it is not that difficult."

I kept laughing until I could not hear it, but I seem to be listening more and more. People have the right to find a job, or every kind of discrimination thinks bad / wrong / evil
