Introduction When a person grows in the womb, the person automatically has a unique gift or talent, which may change the way of life. With all the beautiful physical features, these features can satisfy the perfection, love, and acceptance of families, companions, and communities. They are respected as individuals and can make their own decisions in their life. However, not everyone is like this. Some people do not have limbs or are not born, and they can not function properly without help.
People suffering from this disease may have lymphedema and symbolism, but in men, they have swollen scrotum called edema. Lymphatic filariasis is a major cause of permanent disability globally. Communities often avoid and reject women and men who have suffered from illness. Affected people often can not work due to disability, which can hurt their families and communities. Evidence of the global impact of mental illness is increasing. Mental health problems are one of the most important factors in the burden of disease and disability around the world. Five of the world's top ten major obstacle causes are health problems. They are relevant in low-income countries as well as rich countries, including age, sex and social class. In addition, all predictions indicate a sharp increase in future mental health problems (2). People have long underestimated the burden of mental health disorders on health and productivity. The UK Department of Health and the British Industry Federation estimate that 15-30% of workers are experiencing mental health problems in some way during their work. Indeed, mental health problems are the main cause of disease and disability (3).
Prologue: According to a recent study commissioned by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Bank, mental disorders are a major cause of disability globally. Major depression is the main cause of disability in the United States and other developed countries. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is working to reduce the burden of this disorder. However, in order for these efforts to succeed, research must enter the community and become part of the solution.
