There are two types of directors: an in-house director and an outside director. The internal director is a director, occupies the position in the formal hierarchy of the company, and it is a full-time employee of the company. Outside directors are not employees of the company, many are specialized directors who serve as the board of directors of many companies or the board of directors of other companies.
