Love theme in poetry In this article I will read and analyze three poems on love, Christina Rossetti's "cousin Kate", Anna Landchch's "Goodbye", John Citizen's "Love Library". These three poems were set at different times and showed the attitude of love in different periods. During the Victorian period, the theme of love was very personal and not publicly displayed. Today's society is completely different, people show love to each other everywhere and talk freely with friends.
