We spend billions of dollars annually to see how society tells us what we need. If diet is really effective, why is there so much? The reason for the new diet every month is that the diet therapy last month did not go well. The truth of the problem is that diet therapy does not go well. When you start dieting, you prepare for failure automatically. Many of the foods on the market today are also unhealthy. They rob you of the proper nutrients necessary to cause health problems
I: I do not think there is a universal meal for everyone. Because we are all different, everyone's lifestyle is totally different. What is useful now for us may not work for us within a year. However, I believe that we all need to eat more natural foods and vegetable foods. It needs to be the majority of our diet. If you want to add meat, fish, eggs and vegans, vegetarians and ancient people to your individuals occasionally, you can maintain your health after such a meal. I like to eat plant-based meals, but I do not think that I am a vegetarian, especially when traveling I consume bee products and sometimes eat vegetarian dishes.
So you try to eat. All possible diet therapies. Protein diet, juice detoxification, ketone, ancient, vegetables and fruits, all of these. Because they only work in the short term or not at all, they might stop eating for a while in order to see what happens. You know exactly how many calories are in your calories in your mouth. Please think twice before you go. Or Triple. I can not abide if I am really hungry, but I can not put up with it. You start a hungry attack. The moment you ate everything you saw, I felt dismal and shame just a few minutes later. You try to vomit, but it is not as easy as a movie. I will try to fast for the next day for 24 hours. This is a little easy. When you sense anxiety and fear, food is a guilty pleasure you feel for a quiet mind. It will eventually make you worse. Great
