Part A - Plan: This survey will evaluate how much the United States committed crimes against Japanese civilians and prisoners of war during the Pacific War during World War II. This problem is important as it causes the current controversy that the United States is not committing war crimes, otherwise evidence may be proved. The scope of this investigation has focused on World War II and war, especially the American events between the war between December 7, 1941 and September 2, 1945 and the Pacific Japan.
During the Second World War, Japanese Americans voluntarily challenged America with the Axis. They helped organize the 100th Battalion of the Fifth Army 442 Division. 442 is the most decorated division of war, fighting in the battle of Anzio, Salerno, Cassino. The name of a collapsed soldier is stated in these monuments. The Roosevelt administration believes that it is appropriate to withdraw them from their homes, which is a major contribution to their faith in our country.
On December 7, 1941, the country of Japan bombed a US military base at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. As a result, America entered World War II against Japan, Germany and Italy. Because of the war with Japan, many Americans do not believe in Japanese blood, but there is no evidence that Japanese Americans are not faithful to America. But the federal government and its military leaders decided that Japanese families can not live on the west coast of America and people of Italian and German families can stay. On February 19, 1942, President Franklin Roosevelt issued Presidential Decree No. 9066, which began to ban.
President Franklin Roosevelt recognized that the shortsighted unilateralism of the United States brought about the deterioration of World War II. Before the United States joined the conflict, he emphasized the multilateral commitment by advocating an expanded "Four Freedom" agenda and the "Atlantic Charter" signed in 1941. America won the Second World War, then won the Cold War. Roosevelt and his successors have led the postwar multilateral order since 1945 because it was not after 1919.
