Developmental Origins of Synesthesia

Anesthesia means that stimulation not only induces a typical perception but also triggers another automatic perception that normally uses a different sensory style (Spector & Maurer, 2009). For example, certain sounds can cause color. More specific colors may occur depending on the pitch and pitch of the sound. The stimulus that causes the synapse is called an inducer. The way you encounter synesthesia is called synchrony (Ward & Simner, 2003). There are at least 54 types of synesthesia (Spector & Maurer, 2009) combining different aspects of our senses.
