Mental health status declined on September 2, 2013, it came on a Monday worker's day. A celebration of many days, a day off, or a family reunion. For me, this day completely changed my life; since then I have relied on my day everyday. My family and I spent the weekend in Las Vegas. We had a weekend filled with smiles, laughter and joy, and I was ready to go home. We are all ready to pack. When we went to see, my father and I left my mother, grandmother and daughter with our luggage.
However, I will look at the problem of mental health loss from another point of view. What you normally expect is a person who shares his / her story and encourages them to overcome the journey of mental health (I fully respect). But in fact, you forget and restart your daily life the next day. I will eliminate mental health by giving you the ability to act and understanding that everything is under your control. I always have it and it is always the case. There is no Hippie Kumbaya. Genuine and ingenious practice I trained myself last year. Nothing to talk about "How the world should do this for mental health", nothing happened. In order to truly influence the world in overcoming mental health, we must first engage in our own work.
The workplace is still one of the last boundaries to eliminate mental health problems. In other words, when we talk about mental health by talking about the relationship between happiness' s mystery and productivity, we are measuring measurable but precious psychological capital in the head of our employees. Psychological capital grew rapidly and became the most valuable aspect in building any business. And our understanding and acceptance of mental health problems is stalling. Successful leaders will start to think that mental health strategies are essential to vocational training, not chatter about the political correctness of removing mental health from taboo lists. Psychological capital is not a word to supplement it, but there are decades of research behind it, including a way to nurture it.
