Standard B: Defining the target theme The purpose of the project is to learn how to make healthy and easy desserts. I combined several things that I love, cook and challenge society and health. I am focusing on baking healthy desserts. Since I was a child, my mother worked at a bakery, so I had a sweet tooth and a passion for baking. My mother always brings home cookies and brownies, I always want to bake my own dessert, but I make them healthier.

The holiday season really began, which means that festivals and celebrations are held until the New Year every weekend. As you have plenty of desserts and appetizers it seems very challenging to maintain good health this time of the year. But do you know that many alcoholic beverages are filled with lots of sugar, is it actually worse than those biscuits and holiday cakes? To be honest, I am not a drunkard. I sometimes drink a stylish drink all night, and I really "care" it. I hate it and let me feel the morning, so this is not the reason I have to study sugar content.
