In traditional organizations, work is confined to job descriptions that are consistent with individuals on a one-to-one basis. The job description tries to summarize various roles into one logic (for those who wrote the job description, not the person who filled out the job contents). As a result, we hope that explanations of our work overlap with our own internal interests and can have various degrees of success. A good organizational design can do something to solve this problem. First, we will create a role market that enables us to self-select projects, tasks or responsibilities to communicate at the individual level, and to make use of essential benefits.
