From the discussion of clinical leadership it is clear that not all leaders are aimed at altering people's future perception or discussing. This means there are more better ways people can lead without ignoring the opinions and vision of other people. Clinical leaders should describe a consistent leadership attribute that their behavior, activities, and efforts are moved and harmonized by their beliefs and values. Consistent clinical leaders are focused on encouraging, motivating and giving power to their fans.

The following sections describe some important aspects of leadership, including a description of leadership and some general theory and leadership style explanations. It also covers topics such as the role of emotion and vision, the effectiveness and performance of leadership, leadership in various contexts, association (management) with related concepts, and criticism of leadership in general ideas. Characteristic theory attempts to describe the type of behavior and personality traits associated with effective leadership. In modern times, Thomas Carlyle (1841) can be regarded as one of the pioneers of character theory trying to find the talent, skill and physical characteristics of people holding power.

This article is organized according to the aspects of leadership of each model or theory. In this paper, we first explain the theory of leadership characteristics focusing only on the characteristics of leaders. Then we will explore the cognitive resource theory and leadership skill model and examine the relationship between the leader and the environment. Thereafter, five theories that emphasize the dual relationship between the leader and the believer are reviewed. They are Transaction Leadership, Leadership Psychology, Participatory Leadership, Leader - Membership Exchange Theory, Social Exchange Theory. Next, I will explain the six strain models. The emergency model explores the relationship between leaders, followers and situations. The emergency model is processed in ascending order according to the amount of attention to the situation factor.

The theory of contingency leadership is one of the earliest theories of situational leadership. Fred proposed one of the earliest accidental theories. E. Fiedler of the 1960's. According to Federer's theory, the effectiveness of the leader depends on how well the style of the leader matches the current situation and task. Federer's breakthrough theory shows that a leader belongs to one of two different leadership styles: task-oriented or person-oriented. In certain situations, the effect of a person's style depends on the definition of work, the ability of the leader, and the relationship between the follower and the leader.
