The position of the leader comes from a completely different place and that person defines their position as "mentality of employee leaders" (SLM), I think that is transformational and evolutionary . Emphasizing 'follow' is the first leadership change dating back to the 4th century BC. (Brewer, 2010) "Leader of employees" founded by Robert Greenleaf in 1970, but its roots are rooted in classical ancient times.

The difference between a servant leader and another type of leader is that the servant leader is not the leader but the servant first. To be a servant leader means that you are devoted to your personal gain at the end. In other words, the leadership of the servant is a commitment to humility. Being a servant leader is not about your success, but about the success of the people you serve. You are not the focus of attention, and the people you serve should be the focus of attention. We currently live in a world where people prefer to boast of success in social media and the leadership of their servants is not boasting of your personal success. If you boast about your success, the ability to become a successful project delivered using ScrumMaster or Scrum, you regret saying this is not a servant leader. These successes are not yours, they belong to the people you serve and you have no right to claim to be yours.

I think my role is servant leader. In the field of agile project management, the Scrum framework clearly defines Scrum Master as a servant leader.
